Coriolis
S-Mass
Exceptional performance over a broad range of fluid measurement
applications, combined with low maintenance, makes S-Mass the
perfect choice of fluid measurement. |
 |
|
One
of the most accurate and dependable fluid measurement devices
available today, S-Mass measures direct mass flow, volume
flow, density and temperature of virtually any process fluid.
Because of this flexibility, S-Mass Coriolis technology is
ideal for a broad range of fluid measurement applications.
|
Because
of its powerful communication interface, S-Mass can be integrated
with instrumentation and electronics such as the FMC Measurement
Solutions AccuLoad III-X, LeaseMaster System, LACTMaster System
and SyberTrol for highly effective measurement and control of petroleum
transfer operations.
Coriolis
Mass Flow Meter
High accuracy, low pressure drop and diverse interface capabilities
make Apollo the perfect solution for many petroleum metering applications.
From wellhead to refined product distribution, any measurement requirement
can be managed with efficiency and precision utilizing the state-of-the-art
technology of the A400.
The
Apollo A400 is designed to measure mass flow rates up to 20,000
lb/min. At the nominal flow rate of 10,000 lb/min, the device exhibits
only 13 psi of pressure drop, dramatically reducing pumping costs.
With +/-0.1% of rate accuracy and +/-0.05% repeatability on mass
flow, and +/-0.0005 g/cc accuracy on density measurement, the A400
is one of the most accurate Coriolis mass flow meters available
on the market today.
Its
integral-mounted electronics, local display-interface, and HART
communications make the A400 easy to install and operate. Combining
this ease of operation with virtually no maintenance results in
an overall low cost of ownership over the life of the product. With
a variety of outputs, the A400 can be interfaced to nearly any flow
computer or control device.
Its
integral digital electronics provide four output signals - two analog
and two frequency. The two analog outputs can be independently configured
for mass flow, volume flow, temperature, or density. The two frequency
outputs, for mass or volume flow, provide a frequency or pulse output
and will operate in continuous phase quadrature mode for increased
flow measurement security.
