DKI provides quality (to AS/NZS ISO9001:2008) prefabricated modular metering systems. These systems provide world class solutions for many applications including, Top and Bottom tanker truck loading, rail loading, locomotive refuelling, LPG loading, chemicals loading, truck unloading, additive/dye injection and product blending.

These modules integrate safety systems, hydraulic control, metering systems, pipework, electrical, instrumentation and load rack control equipment, all on a fully galvanised portable frame. They can be readily transported to the implementation site and rapidly deployed. DKI's modular solutions provide an excellent base for either a standalone loading bay or a fully automated terminal.

Module Features
Total turnkey solution, prefabricated and pretested. All framework, galvanising, electrical, pipework, painting, instrumentation, hydraulics, air reticulation and computerisation.

All manufacturing and fit-out disciplines are completed, inspected and tested under AS/NZS ISO9001:2008 Quality Controlled procedures at Diamond Key International works.

Complete customer Factory Acceptance Test reporting and witnessing, if required. FAT covers complete turnkey solution from hydrostatic testing through to computerisation and network testing.

All components are certified for use in Class 1, Zone 1 Hazardous Areas.

Loading controller, DKI AccuLoad BLC, integrates driver interface and custody transfer preset metering and control. These units can operate either stand alone, or seamlessly integrated with a Terminal Automation System.
