Diamond Key International's Terminal Automation Systems support a range of bay loading equipment certified for installation into Zone 1 Class 1 hazardous areas.

DKI's AccuLoad BLC can be simply interfaced to existing field Preset devices which support communications. This functionality allows standardising of the driver interface to be achieved even while retaining legacy controllers.

As Diamond Key International TAS uses a distributed processing architecture, the bay loading control systems can operate: online with a TAS, completely stand-alone, or periodically online with local storage of all transactions and events.

The system integrates identification of the driver and vehicle, operator displays, operator input, start and stop control with management and control of safety, authorisation, transfers, and presets.

All the information required for a driver/operator is provided on the operator display.
