DKI will provide you with technical expertise to identify any site specific enhancements you require.

Operation Recovery
DKI can provide on-site support and attendance. Before despatching staff to Site, and upon request, DKI will supply a written diagnostic plan to the Site.
This plan will be a basic outline of the actions which, in DKI's opinion, will assist in determining the cause of a particular problem.
On site field support from our qualified technicians and engineers as a readily available service as part of the Support Contracts or as a 'do and charge' for your Mission Critical Systems.
