Our support business was established in 1985 and has experienced significant growth since that time.

DKI support offers a 'front end', multilingual, access point to your global support group. This is achieved through the use of a specialist, established provider who is integrated with the DKI support management system.

DKI embraces a 'Whole of Life' philosphy to ensure customers continue to recieve full support for not just the product, but for the whole automated facility.

Support Centres service a large number of sites across many countries, with the 24 x 7 Support Centres offering rapid response efficient remote diagnostics and ground support whenever required. We have a long history of providing excellence in customer support, specialising in mission critical activities where the consequences of system downtime are high.
