Some of the hazards associated with loading bitumen are:

🔹Working at height - as bitumen products are loaded from above 

🔹Loading at high temperatures as the loading temperature is usually above 140°C

🔹Overfilling of chambers and boiling over due to the presence of water

🔹The safe removal of vapours that may occur
