Terminal Information Data Exchange (TIDE) aggregates data from different Omega servers so a user of TIDE can oversee the status and operation of all (connected) sites. The main differences as compared with Omega 5000 are:

TIDE has data from multiple sites, each Omega server only has the data of its own site (terminal);

 

TIDE provides views, manages data and information of the connected sites. Whereas, Omega manages, the security & control of actual loading at its site, ie. truck loading, ID verification and load authorisation, etc.

 

TIDE is not providing control of Site operations - but information insights from the operations
