Product Unloading Module

DKI has now closed the 'loop' in the supply chain by developing and integrating the safe, efficient, accurate and fast unloading and metering of liquid hydrocarbon condensate from single and double tankers at flow rates of up to 1200 l/min.

When unloading a truck, the system can automatically expel the air or vapor present during the vortex phase of the unloading process. The resulting measurement meets custody transfer standards with NMI approval. The module includes a single-arm Accuload III, configured as a discharge control device.

The unloading module is designed with simplicity and ease of maintenance in mind.
Module can be connected to existing terminal automation systems
(TAS) to provide inventory management and administration functionality.

These modules meet DKI's best design philosophy by providing easy access to all instruments and piping for maintenance.
