Vivo Energy Mauritius RocheBois and Causeway Terminals Omega5000 and FlexlincBC
Vivo Energy Mauritius RocheBois and Causeway Terminals Omega 5000 and Flexlinc BC had a successful go live.
Both Roche Bois and Causeway Terminals previously separate TAS were replaced with single Omega 5000 instance.
It is also an Omega 5000 Cloud based instance (Yes, no TAS on-site server) connected to Vivo Energy's Terminal Information Data Exchange (TIDE) which is Vivo Energy's primary digital transformation platform for its Pan African fuel distribution network.
Both terminals are located in Port Louis , the capital of Mauritius. The Mauritius group of islands is located 2,000 kilometers southeast of the African continent and east of Madagascar. Mauritius lies on the Indian Ocean and has a landmass of 2,040 sq. km with an exclusive economic zone of 2.3M km2 with a population of 1.26 million.
Vivo Energy is a Shell fuels licensee in 15 African countries and Engen fuels licensee in 8 African countries.
DKI's Flexlinc BCs replaced previously identified obsolete Preset Controllers at both Roche Bois and Causeway Depots. Today, FlexlincBCs provide Vivo Energy drivers an enhanced visual loading experience by providing real time status view of each road tanker compartment.
Roche Bois and Causeway FlexlincBCs are the first FlexlincBCs to go live in Africa.
