Diamond Key International Group completed our Oil Major customer's Tanjung Gelang Installation (TGI) Top to Bottom Mogas fuels loading conversion SAT. TGI is close to Kuantan, Pahang's state capital and serves the North-East Peninsular Malaysia delivery envelope.

Kuantan, the largest city on East Coast of the Peninsular is connected to KualaLumpur, Malaysia's capital by the East Coast Expressway (3 hours). This expressway also connects Kuantan to Kuala Terengganu and Kota Bharu, state capitals of Terengganu and Kelantan respectively.

The project scope of works comprised:
2 x 6 arm DKI Slimline Bottom Loading Skids
Pump Control PLC Upgrade
Integration to TGI's existing Omega 5000, POME biodiesel blending, unloading and additive skids.

This project installation and commissioning was undertaken during Pandemic conditions with COVID-19 SOP and HSSE Procedures put in place and updated throughout project execution.

Key TGI operational benefits delivered included:
Reduced Gate to Gate time.
Reduced #benzene exposure.
Removal of working from height.

TGI was DKI's first project for our Oil Major customer in Malaysia where Omega3000, PLC, 2 x 5 arm Top Loading skids were installed and commissioned.
