Jakarta's Tanjung Priok Port located in North Jakarta is the busiest Indonesian seaport, handling over 50% of Indonesia's national cargo.

Pertamina Tanjung Priok Marine Terminal's Barge Loading upgrade was installed in 2014 and fully commissioned in 2015. It serves Pertamina's marine customers at Tanjung Priok Port.

Following the notable benefits received (https://lnkd.in/ghiHcSZg) with Diamond Key International Group's Omega 5000 Terminal Automation System (TAS) for road tanker loading operations at Plumpang Terminal, Pertamina upgraded their Tanjung Priok Jetty with DKI barge loading skids and TAS functionality.

Tanjung Priok barge loading skids have a direct interface to Plumpang Terminal's Omega 5000 TAS Server at Plumpang Terminal to take advantage of the benefits of managing both facilities using one  Omega 5000 instance.

DKI's scope of supply included:
1 x Barge Fuel Oil Blending Loading Skid for MFO 180 / MFO 380 / Diesel-B20 with Loading Rates of 130 m3/hr
1 x 1 Stream B100 Ratio Blending Skid Module

1 x Barge Diesel Oil / B20 Loading Skid with 3 x Streams Diesel Loading Rates of 180 m3/hr
1 x 3 Stream B100 Ratio Blending Skid Module

1 x Barge Master Meter Proving Skid / 8KL Prover tank

The Barge Loading Jetty was reconfigured to 3 x Barge Vessel Loading Berths with 3 x Multi Product Loading points:

HSD / Diesel-B20 loading
MFO 180 / MFO 380

Berth-B
HSD / Diesel-B20 loading
HSD / Diesel-B20 loading
#MFO 180 / MFO 380

Berth-C
HSD / Diesel-B20 loading
MDF

In addition, DKI provided:
Omega PLC and SCADA Control and Monitoring System
SAP Host Interface
Jetty Access Control System
