Terminal Information Data Exchange (TIDE) aggregates data from different Omega servers so a user of TIDE can oversee the status and operation of all (connected) sites. The main differences as compared with Omega 5000 are:

🔹TIDE has data from multiple sites, each Omega server only has the data of its own site (terminal);

🔹TIDE provides views, manages data and information of the connected sites. Whereas, Omega manages, the security and control of actual loading at its site, ie. truck loading, ID verification and load authorisation, etc.

 

TIDE is not providing control of Site operations - but information insights from the operations. In overview, TIDE delivers:
